PRICING AND BILLING

Installation Charges are included for new furniture, and may not be charged separately. Installation charges are permitted for reconfiguring, dismantling, reinstalling, reassembling and/or relocating EXISTING furniture.

Maximum % up-charge over prevailing wage rate is limited to 50% for each service listed below:

  • Carpenter: includes furniture dismantling, reinstallation and reassembly, new installation for approved overtime only (and design services if physical marking is included in project only - otherwise design services hourly rate)
  • Building laborer: including relocation service
  • Truck driver: material delivery driver
  • Electrician: including completion of hook-up to power source on pre-wired panels

Permit and fee reimbursement limited to 4% maximum, not to exceed $150

Hourly rates:

  • Inventory taking services: $90/hour
  • Design Services (to be used when layout does not include physcially marking area): $110/hour
